Methods of Payment:
Payment is expected when service is rendered (or when order is placed, in the case of sales) unless prior arrangements have been made. Monthly billing available for established clients. I accept the following methods of payment.

Cash
Venmo and ApplePay
Personal or company checks
No Zelle, sorry
All service calls will be charged for a one-hour minimum. Subsequent time is billed in 15 minute increments. Late nights, Sunday, holidays and emergency service may incur additional fees.
Flat-fee rates available for larger projects or ongoing maintenance.
Long-term contracts and retainer rates available
Pre-paid service and training packages available at a discount

Historically, our first meeting will contain some of the most valuable information I can share with you and will be treated as billable time. Within the first hour, it should be apparent if we are going to be a good fit for each other. If either party feels the business relationship will not be mutually beneficial, we can end our first visit with no charge.
My support packages have proven quite popular. Because they allow me to better support my regular clients, time is billed at a discount basis on the hours purchased. For clients who are not interested in a support package, my standard consulting rate is $190 an hour.
